Buffalo Chicken Wrap

A large sun-dried tomato tortilla filled with sliced Sahlen’s Buffalo Chicken Breast, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion and bleu cheese dressing.

Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Sahlen’s Buffalo Chicken Breast, Sliced
  • ½ Cup Mixed Greens, Packed
  • ¼ Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion, Sliced
  • 2 Large Sun-Dried Tomato Tortillas
  • Serve with Bleu Cheese Dressing

Directions:

  1. Place half of the Sahlen’s Buffalo Chicken Breast, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and red onion into each large sun-dried tomato tortilla.
  2. Fold in the sides and roll each tortilla to make the buffalo chicken wraps.
  3. Serve with bleu cheese dressing.
