Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups pre-cooked Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast.
- 8 Oz cream cheese, softened.
- ½ Cup buffalo sauce (we love Frank’s Red Hot).
- ½ Cup creamy blue cheese dressing (we love Rootie’s Blue Cheese).
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided).
- ½ Cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder (optional).
- 1 Tbsp onion powder (optional).
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional).
Directions:
- Preheat the oven: to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add chicken: Fold in Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast and ½ cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and all of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish: Spread the mixture evenly in an 8×8 or similar-sized oven-safe dish.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrots, or crackers.
