Caesar Salad
Makes: 1 Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pre-cooked Sahlen’s® Pulled Turkey Breast
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¼ cup croutons, crushed
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp crumbly blue cheese
- 2 tbsp creamy blue cheese dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Directions:
- Add 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce in a bowl.
- Layer 1 cup of Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded carrots and 2 tbsp of crumbly blue cheese over the chicken.
- Add ¼ cup of croutons and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle with about 2 tbsp of creamy blue cheese dressing.
