Caesar Salad

Makes: 1 Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pre-cooked Sahlen’s® Pulled Turkey Breast
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup croutons, crushed
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp crumbly blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp creamy blue cheese dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Layer 1 cup of Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast on top of the lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded carrots and 2 tbsp of crumbly blue cheese over the chicken.
  4. Add ¼ cup of croutons and ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Drizzle with about 2 tbsp of creamy blue cheese dressing.
