Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Makes: 2 Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups pre-cooked Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast.
  • 2 Large Mission Flour Tortillas (or your favorite tortillas).
  • 2 Cups romaine lettuce, chopped.
  • ½ Cup shredded carrots.
  • ¼ Cup crumbly blue cheese.
  • ¼ Cup creamy blue cheese dressing (we love Rootie’s Blue Cheese).
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional).

Directions:

  1. Warm the tortillas: Heat the Mission Flour Tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until warm and pliable.
  2. Assemble the wrap:
    – Place a warm tortilla on a clean surface or plate.
    – Add 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce in the center.
    – Layer 1 cup of Sahlen’s® Pulled Buffalo Chicken Breast on top of the lettuce.
    – Sprinkle ¼ cup of shredded carrots and 2 tbsp of crumbly blue cheese over the chicken.
    – Drizzle with about 2 tbsp of creamy blue cheese dressing.
  3. Wrap it up:
    – Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up, keeping the fillings tight inside.
    – Repeat the process for the second wrap.
  4. Serve: Slice the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately.
