Cuban Ham Flatbread

A toasted flatbread spread with whole grain mustard and topped with sliced Sahlen’s Smokehouse Ham, gouda cheese and dill pickle slices.

Yield: 2 Servings


  • ½ lb Sahlen’s Smokehouse Ham, Sliced
  • 1 Flatbread, Toasted
  • ½ Cup Whole Grain Mustard
  • 4 Gouda Cheese, Sliced
  • 8 Dill Pickle Slices


  1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the flatbread into quarters and spread each one with the whole grain mustard.
  3. Top each flatbread with an even amount of Sahlen’s Smokehouse Ham and a slice of gouda cheese. 
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  5. Top with 2 dill pickle slices.
