Turkey Antipasto Salad

Chopped romaine lettuce tossed in an Italian vinaigrette and topped with sliced Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey, provolone cheese, red onion, roasted red peppers, black olives and pepperoncini.

 

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey, Diced
  • 2 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • ½ Cup Provolone Cheese, Diced
  • ½ Cup Italian Vinaigrette
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion, Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
  • ¼ Cup Black Olives, Sliced
  • 4 Pepperoncini

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, toss the romaine lettuce, Sahlen’s Smokehouse Turkey and provolone cheese in the Italian vinaigrette and place it into a serving dish.
  2. Top with the red onion, roasted red peppers, black olives and pepperoncini.
