Yield: 4 Servings
- 4 Sahlen’s Beef Hot Dogs
- ¼ Cup BBQ Sauce
- 4 Potato Hot Dog Buns
- 1 Avocado, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts (or Microgreens)
- ¼ Cup Feta Cheese
- ¼ Cup Pickled Red Onions
- Preheat the grill (or a grill pan) to medium-high heat. Grill the hot dogs
for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve grill marks
- Using a pastry brush, brush the hot dogs with BBQ sauce.
- To assemble hot dogs, open buns and line slices of avocado and
tomatoes along the sides. Fill with alfalfa sprouts, place hot dog on top,
then garnish with feta cheese and pickled onions.
