Sahlen’s All Beef Smokehouse Hot Dogs served inside a crunchy hard corn tortilla shell with a blend of spicy toppings and cheesy crumbles.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Sahlen’s Tender Casing All-Beef Smokehouse Hot Dogs
  • 7 Restaurant-Style Hard Corn Tortilla Shells
  • 1 ½ Cup Frozen Potato Puffs
  • ½ Cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ Cup Prepared Mango Chutney, Spicy Preferred
  • 1 Bunch Cilantro, Washed, Leaves Only
  • ¼ Tsp Each Sumac, Cayenne, and Cumin
  • Cooking Spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven as per potato puff packaging. 
  2. Place potato puffs on pan or in air fry basket and spray lightly with cooking spray. 
  3. Sprinkle with sumac, cayenne, and cumin, and cook until golden brown. In the meantime, perforate hot dogs on a diagonal (not sliced through) and prepare in oven or grill.
  4. To assemble, place three tots, then one hot dog in each taco shell. 
  5. Top each with 1 T feta, then 1 T chutney.
